FRESH START WANTS TO HELP!
So don't be shy, embarrassed, or ashamed. We can relate. Most all of our Volunteers, employees, and even the Founder, Mr. Coston, has needed social service help at one time or another. Things happen in our lives; however, the difference between FRESH START and other social Agencies and/or large conglomerate social agencies, is we've been there, and we clearly understand your situation(s), your needs, and how you feel.
So just contact us, tell us your needs relative to social services, and let us both go from there; but remember, it's all up to you. We will coach and guide you along, but it is up to you to "carry the football" so to speak, and complete all items that we ask of you. We will be there beside you, and for you throughout the whole process; and remember, if we cannot, for whatever reason (and we will let you know), provide you with the service(s) that you need, we will work very hard, past and beyond our normal in-house operations, to find your requested service via other local, exterior and outside sources and resources.
YOU WILL NOT BE TURNED AWAY. IF ALL AVENUES HAVE BEEN EXPLORED, AND ALL SITUATIONS OR SCENARIOS HAVE BEEN EXASPERATED WITH NO SUCCESS OR RESULTS, THEN, AND ONLY THEN WILL WE INFORM YOU THAT WE CANNOT HELP; UNTIL THEN, WE WILL CONTINUE TO TRY AND HELP PROVIDE YOU WITH THE SERVICES AND/OR RESOURCES THAT YOU NEED!
