TRANSITIONAL HOUSING & HALF WAY HOUSES
FRESH START'S TRANSITIONAL HOUSING AND HALFWAY HOUSING PROGRAM IS CURRENTLY IN THE PLANNINNG, VISIONARY AND PROPOSITION STAGES.
VISION. The vision is to have 4 to 5 manufactured houses on a program (Fresh Start) owned and operated site on 3 locations or districts within the State of Florida. District One is the Sarasota/Bradenton District; District Two is the Lake City/Live Oak District; and District Three is the Lake Okeechobee District in South Central Florida in counties on and around Lake Okeechobee.
Again, this program, a sub-section or division/department of FRESH START, is now in the planning and proposition stages. It may or may not materialize or come to fruition. It is in the hands of God Almighty.
If this vision materializes, Mr. James E. Brannon will be the Executive Chief if and when that time comes.
There will be 2 to 3 persons to each house in which the plan is to have 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, dining area, shed outside for each house, and a smoking/break area in the back, preferably a back porch. There will be no smoking within these houses or any type of guns, drugs, alcohol, or other illegal items.
The Residents of these Houses must either be employed (usually young to Middle Aged Persons), or receiving some type of retired, disability, survivor's benefit, or other type compensation or income within that arena (usually older persons). You must receive some type of income; yes, most individuals will not be working when they report; however, within a certain timeframe, which will be determined in the future, individuals must be employed or receiving some type of other compensation or income, in order to remain in these houses and in this program.
At the present time, couples and/or Families are not included in this vision, only single Male and Females at present.
