Garry B. Coston is a native Floridian and is a 20 year U.S. Navy Retired Veteran and Chief Petty Officer, with Air Warfare designation. He is also a Book Author, Songwriter, Song Lyricist, Vocalist, and a staunch and serious advocate for the Homeless and those who are in need. Mr. Coston founded and began Fresh Start in 2004 in Sarasota, Florida. After retiring from the U.S. Navy in 1994, he obtained a degree in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University in 2004, and also has a plethora of in-depth training and education in parapsychology, executive and personnel management, personnel and management supervision, leadership and management, training, and admin/clerical supervision, management and training obtained during his 20 year Navy career. Mr. Coston's future goals and objectives is to continue helping those in need for God through FRESH START until his life on this Earth is finished.

James E. Brannon, firstly, hails from the School of hard knocks. A native Floridian and country boy from Wellborn, Florida he is no stranger to social needs and for many years was a regular and non-stop recipient of receiving social services from numerous agencies in Sarasota and Manatee Counties Florida. Mr. Brannon is now forging towards 3 years clean and he staunchly affirms that he will stay clean and will not ever, never look back. He also, during that time, has obtained vast managerial experience in Transitional Housing and Half Way House Management. Since 2021 Mr. Brannon has maintained normal  and ongoing employment, has obtained a car, bank account, and has also obtained his CDL License in which his goal is to drive the "Big Rigs" for a major Trucking Company. A true success story, Mr. Brannon is in the process of obtaining his own home out in the country, and to work with and support Mr. Coston as the Executive Chief of FRESH START.
